Return & Refund Policy
At Smart Mobile Dealers, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair business practices.
1. Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery only under the following conditions:
- The item is defective or not functioning properly
- The item received is different from what was ordered
The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with complete packaging, accessories, and invoice.
2. Inspection Process
All returned products go through a detailed inspection. If the issue is verified, the return will be approved. If not, the product will be returned to the customer.
3. Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used, damaged, or mishandled
- The product is returned without original packaging
- The return request is made after the allowed period
- The issue is due to personal preference or change of mind
4. Mobile Phones Policy (Critical Section)
- PTA approval status must be checked by the customer before purchase unless clearly stated
- Warranty details (brand or shop warranty) will be mentioned on the product page
- Opened or activated phones cannot be returned unless defective
- Minor variations in color or design are not considered defects
5. Accessories Policy
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, items such as earbuds or in-ear devices cannot be returned once opened.
6. Refund Process
Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via bank transfer or another agreed method.
7. Replacement Policy
Customers may request a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
8. Return Shipping Responsibility
- If the issue is from our side, we will cover return shipping
- Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return costs
