1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if:
- The product is defective or damaged
- The wrong product was delivered
The item must be unused and returned with original packaging, accessories, and invoice.
2. Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used or damaged by the customer
- Original packaging or accessories are missing
- The return request is made after the allowed period
3. Mobile Phones Policy
- PTA status is the responsibility of the buyer unless stated otherwise
- Warranty (if any) will be clearly mentioned on the product page
- Opened or used phones are not eligible for return unless defective
4. Accessories Policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, items like earbuds or personal-use accessories are not returnable once opened.
5. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method or agreed alternative.
6. Replacement Option
Customers may request a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
7. Return Shipping Responsibility
- If the issue is from our side, we will cover return shipping
- Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return costs
